Terms of Use
Just a quick note about what you can and, sorry, cannot do with the information I create and post here on Stuttering is Cool.
The podcast
The Stuttering is Cool podcast is released under creative commons license ——–. That means you are free to distribute, share with your friends, put on cd, etc. but not sell it. So if you have, say, a podcast of your own, feel free to include clips on your shows. If you’re selling a CD, mp3 download, anything that mkes you money, that’s a no-no. In other words, do what you want, but make no money. That includes web ads. Contact me if you have questions.
Listeners send in their audio with permission that I only post it on my show for the benefit of other stutterers to listen. I respect my listeners and I expect you to do so, too.
The comic
The comic is protected under copyright and I own it. You can print it out for personal, non-commercial use, share it with your friends, speech therapist, fellow stutterers, and, again, not sell it. You see a pattern forming, right? :)
You’ll be breaking all kinds of laws applicable in too many countries to list. Also, the characters are my creation so no stealing them for you to sell, ok?

Privacy Policy
I respect your policy. All mp3s are posted for the podcast only and promptly erased from my hard drive. I don’t keep any records of your emails, etc., and I have absolutely no intention of selling any information about my listeners or readers to anyone. I don’t even know how and honestly, I have no desire to do so. I respect you all and I am grateful for your listenership, readership and participation! :)
