Social anxiety affects people of all walks of life, stuttering or not. Mark Blevis, over at the Canadian Podcast Buffet, recently interviewed David Kacken, a councellor specializing in social phobia and anxiety disorders. You can hear it over at the Canadian Podcast Buffet website episode 114 at the 12:40 mark. The other guy you hear is Bob Goyetche, co-host of the Buffet. The interview itself begins at 14:40.
This is a great interview. We learn there is nothing wrong about being afraid and how we can overcome social anxiety.
